BDN Mission and Vision
Our Mission:
It is the mission of Brockton Day Nursery to serve the needs of families and children by providing comprehensive child care and support services.
Impact/Vision Statement:
For over 120 years, Brockton Day Nursery in collaboration with community partners has been committed to ensuring that every child birth to age 13 in Brockton and surrounding communities has equal access to high quality early childhood education leading to the achievement of academic proficiency and becoming productive citizens.
BDN believes that a good start in the formative years of childhood provides children with a lasting foundation for success throughout their lives. BDN serves approximately 380 children annually (245 at a time).
We Promise to:
· Achieve and maintain the highest level of state and national accreditation,
· Provide curriculum that inspires life-long learning and prepares children for success in school,
· Serve families of all economic levels,
· Ensure dedicated and highly trained professional staff;
· Provide community and public policy leadership in early childhood education;
· Provide corporate and community support; and
· Foster relationships with families in their child’s education
